can't find servers

ok so i dont play this game for to long but already had 2 big problems ill describe one of them cause its still going on.

AA cant find servers and if i type in a server manually ill get kicked out.
I refreshed a 1000 times i searched for info on the net and even reinstalled the game....
does anyone have a clue for me pls? im desperate

Hi Guys:
Ive still have a problem with my servers ,
So I host 6 AAPG servers from one pc but for this instant ill be talking about server 2.

I have a fantastic BB speed but for some reason on any one of the servers being used can site idle all day with no issues, then people will start to populate them with no problems then suddenly at random points the sever starts lagging out but the player pings are still fine.
Then ill check the CMD window on the server pc for server 2 which we were playing on and it shows the follow messages.

This just keeps repeating leaving the server unplayable for people and Members of our clan.
If I stop the AAPG server 2 and restart it again it loads ok then it just carries on with the above messages again. the same thing happens even when I restart the pc itself. I end up shutting down server 2 for the night. and we move on to one of the other one that i run.
Next day its all fine again.
Is anyone else suffering with the same problem.

What i have found, If i change the ports it solves the issue for a few days then it starts all over again.

This is driving me crazy.
I have formatted the server pc a few times seeing if I can work out just what it is. but no!
Any help would be very great full.

Ive been host 6 servers for about 3 year + but never had this problem before,
this all started after the last major update with the newer GUI Interface.

I want to set up a no gravity on my server where you can run in the air and stop and shoot. Sort or like the MP Cheat Ghost where you can fly around and shoot. Anyone have any idea how to do this. I have changed my gravity and all it does is allow you to jump then decline at a slow pace to the ground and you are unable to shoot. Thank you!

Hey guys, i already read the other post about it but it doesnt work.

I only see 4 server in my server list.

Everything is on "any" and punkbuster is "on"

And i verfiied my cache too, nothing works

I'm not sure if this forum is moderated by a dev or something but the Aussie servers are all currently being ddos'd so no one can really enjoy the game when all that happens is constant server crashes due to the ddos.... Is there anyway this can be stopped?

I recently got a server through gameservers. I put the maps in aapg/aagame/cookedpc/maps. I can connect to the server with the maps running. But I already have them on my pc. I have joined servers that will download them upon connecting to them. My question here how do I set my server up to do that. I have looked at some config files. I edited AAEngine. Was some settings in there for allow downloads. I set it to True. When someone tries to connect it just says version mismatch. Yet works for me. If anyone could help me here that would be great.

Aussie servers crashing in the second round

It would appear that Australian servers are having serious issues. I have tried 5 servers so far and all are crashing off "connection lost" after the second round.

Anyone have any ideas on why a server wouldn't have VIOP. All setting in config file are correct but no voice. Any ideas would be appreciated. Its a rented server.

I'd rather not mess up our file so does anyone know if I can use notes within the file to designate what the map names are in relation to the random folder number that Steam issues for maps?

Ok so I know, you can not please all the people all of the time
The other day 3 people where complaining I had my server set on Server Side hit detection, said they couldn't hit crap...
So I set it back to Client Side...
Today 2 guys are on and complaining I have the server set on Client Side and they can't hit crap..

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I am not very techy, if someone can tell me, what is the right way to set it I would appreciate that..

I was thinking, maybe they should go back to the shoot house if they can't hit crap and practice some more, :p

Anyway, they have peaked my curiosity! What is the general consensus?

Server authorization issues?

Hi guys,

I filled in and submitted the authorization request form for my new Dedicated Server (Windows Server 2012 R2) but never got any confirmation e-mail back, or the info I (think I) need to insert in the Dedicated Server panel.

It's my first time trying to get a server authorized and I'm completely unfamiliar with the process. This being said, I'd like to ask: is this is normal and when can I expect the server to be reacheable by the public?

I'm also wondering, will I have to do this again for each AAPG server instance hosted on the same server, through different ports?

Hackers on Official Maps

Hello guys/devs,

Most of the time when I play Homestead on an official map (because there is no clan-hosted ones) there is an obvious wall hacker, and rarely aimbotter.. On clan hosted servers this rarely happens and when it does you have PBSS and quick bans.

There are even middle ranked people like [mod edit] that are wall hackers and not yet banned. There name though NEVER shows up on clan-based servers. You can sense a wall hacker so easily when you play the map a lot. Spectate him for a minute and it is obvious he pre-shots on yellow objects without even seeing enemy.

Not sure why official servers lack the ability to detect wall hack?
