Setting up voting

I have followed the guide, and i can not get this to work, BigBadWolf has even sent me his ini file that works on his server and yet it doesn;t work on ours. The image shows what i get for the below .ini, that i have simplified by taking most of the maps out and using no umm's. Bearing in mind that this config with more maps added and umms's works on BigBadwolf's server.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get it working
