I Can't Register my server

I register fill out ever * marked fill thing and fill out capicha and it always says this

Form Error: The Captcha check did not match ( try again? )

You did not fill in the required fields identified by a red astrick ( * )
Go back and verify your entries before submitting again.

Even know I correctly filled out every thing correctly and filled out the capicha as well can any one help?
